Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. We are happy to do one-off jobs. If you like the result, we can set up a quarterly schedule later. But you are never locked in.
Can you handle large sites?
Yes. We manage the team size based on the job. Whether it is a small car park or a full block renovation, we bring the right resources to get it done on time.
What do you need from us on the day?
Very little. Usually, we just need access to an outside water tap. We bring the equipment and hoses. If access is tricky, just let us know when booking.
What happens if it rains?
It’s Belfast, so we are used to it. However, if heavy rain or wind makes the job unsafe or ineffective, we will contact you to reschedule. We check the forecast so you don't have to.
How do you price the work?
We provide a comprehensive quote before we start. We’ll start with a 10-minute site visit. No hidden costs.
