Is it difficult to switch from our current cleaning provider?
Not at all. We handle the entire transition process seamlessly. Once you give notice to your current provider, we arrange a site visit to collect keys, alarm codes, and document your specific hygiene protocols. We can typically start within 48 hours.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Security is our priority. We provide a fully insured Key Holding Service. Your keys are coded (never labeled with your address) and stored in a secure safe when not in use. Only your assigned supervisor has access to alarm codes.
Do you clean during office hours?
We work around your schedule to ensure zero disruption to your team. Most of our clients prefer early morning (5am - 8am) or evening (6pm - 10pm) slots. Weekend cleaning is also available upon request.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
We believe in earning your business. While we offer annual agreements for stability, our standard terms are based on a flexible rolling contract with a standard notice period. We want you to stay because you are happy, not because you are forced to.
Who do I contact if I have a specific request?
You will have a direct line to your dedicated Account Manager. You don't need to chase the cleaning staff or leave notes. Simply message your manager, and we will ensure the team executes your request on the very next shift.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, Avocet Cleaning Ltd holds comprehensive Public Liability Insurance (£2M) and Employer’s Liability Insurance, covering any potential damage or accidents on your premises. Copies of our certificates are available upon request.
